COLOR EDITIONS
  • Two volumes, each hardcover (8 ½ by 11 inches), sold ONLY as a set:
    Volume one (text) = 324 pages.
    Volume two (COLOR photographs) = 141 pages.
  • Two volumes, each softcover (8 ½ by 11 inches), sold ONLY as a set:
    Volume one (text) = 324 pages.
    Volume two (COLOR photographs) = 141 pages.

Note: All editions cover identical text and photographs, but the color images and photographs in volumes one and two of the color editions are quite stunning—superb quality. The workmanship of all editions is outstanding.

B. The two-volume color editions, hardcover, and soft cover.
